The 4th of July is this week! It’s one of our favorite holidays at Rainbow Polybag because we are reminded of what makes the USA great- the people, our history, and the successes and failures that have turned us into the nation we are today! So to celebrate and honor all those who sacrificed to help build the country we live in and love, we try to do our part as a plastic bag manufacturer with products proudly made in the USA.

Rainbow Polybag’s business began over 30 years ago in Brooklyn, New York as a family- owned and operated company. Our mission was to become a leader in the flexible packaging industry. However, in order to get there we were not willing to sacrifice our business’s mission and values. One of our main goals was to continue being a locally sourced and operated plastic bag manufacturer.

Farm to table is a concept that is growing in our country and we fully support this movement right here in NYC. Part of manufacturing in the USA means obtaining resources from suppliers right at home. Not only does this support the growth of our country’s small businesses, but we are also passing along a great value to our customers. We save on shipping and are able to reduce the amount of energy and fossil fuel consumption during the production process.
