Can I have my order shipped to my PO Box?

No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, FedEx or a common carrier. A valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a PO Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O., or a foreign address.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes. We strive to be a flexible plastic bag manufacturer to meet your needs as you change and grow! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to and then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a PO box, for any shipping address.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Once you have signed into Rainbow Polybag Company, just click on “Your Account” located at the top of the page. Then, simply login and you will be given a breakdown of your order status with corresponding order numbers, items, purchase amounts, and current status.

If the item was shipped via UPS, a tracking number will appear. Click on the link to go to the UPS web-based tracking page. If placing a custom printed order, please speak with customer service for further details regarding your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For stock items, the standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground is 5-10 business days. For orders custom plastic bags, please speak with one of our sales representatives for further details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, as long as the stock item has not shipped. If you do receive an order that was cancelled, please accept the delivery and call customer service for authorized return instructions. If cancelling an order for custom plastic bags, please call customer service for further instructions.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective or that I just do not want?

If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount, less any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original packaging for 30 days.

Can I make a purchase by check when I am online?

No. Unfortunately, we are only able to accept payment for stock and custom plastic bags by credit cards on our website.

I cancelled my order, but I have not received a credit yet. How long does it take for a credit to be processed?

We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

How are shipping charges calculated in my bill?

All products are shipped by UPS, FedEx or common carrier. Shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?

The appropriate state sales tax is applied to an item if Rainbow Polybag conducts business in the state where the item is being shipped.
